Lake Crest Development

Kirkpatrick Central is supplying material for a hard-to-miss project being built atop a Hoover, Alabama hilltop.

The development involves a series of buildings and, including site work, will use approximately 12,000 cubic yards of concrete, according to Rick Passey, Sales Manager for Kirkpatrick’s Central Division. “This is a great project for us. It’s really going to be a bright spot in the Hoover community,” Passey said.

In addition to the site work, which took six months to complete, much of the concrete is being used for slab-on-grade construction. The complex includes two apartment buildings with a total of 475 units, covering 639,074 square feet of enclosed area. It also features a maintenance building, eight detached garages, a clubhouse with a pool, a fitness center, and a leasing center.

The developer on the project is TDG Lake Crest, LLC, and the architect is Williams Blackstock Architects, Birmingham.
